    I've never regretted buying these knives. Yes they cost me a pretty penny but the satisfaction of owning and using them more than makes up for it.

    Just keep the edge honed with the steel and they will stay sharp for a long time.

  • IMO, Ikon is the best Wustof makes, love the handles. I may pick one up soon, for now I'll be happy with shun elite.
