I get that the colors help separate the court for the spectators (theory I've pieced together), but for me as a player who plays to the lines of the service boxes often, I think it would throw me off just enough.
@newsweekrocks Get your facts straight, she allegedly took cocaine (although her independent hair test suggests otherwise), which is definitely not a performance enhancing drug. Tennis is 90% technique and for a player like Hingis that relies on her mental abilities to beat her opponents I doubt taking cocaine would help her at all.
