Another comment on Snowfall. I love how we can hear Dan's fingers sliding on the guitar strings as he plays. It makes the music come alive even more.

Donna, this is absolutely wonderful! Your choice of music and colorful imagery is exquisite! The music especially took me straight into the heart of the images. The melodies remind me of John Renbourne, whose music I've loved since the early 70s. :-)

I've always felt the Christmas album was a bonus gift from Dan.....something extra and unexpected. And what a glorious gift it was! thanks for postng this video. I am fortunate to have dan Fogelberg's Christmas cd and it is awesome. I cna't find it in the stores and have been trying to get it for my sister. If you are able to get it you won't be disappointed. It is about all I play at Christmas!!

Well it seems Dan could play most anything with strings attached. "Snowfall" is so moving, my first time hearing these as I could never find this CD. Truely it is a bittersweet Christmas season with Dan's passing last year, but He's fine, his spirit is smiling as we continue to drink from his rich musical legacy. Thank you Donna for your tireless sweet spirit in the making of these videos.

Workin, thanks to Dan's mom Margaret Dan is a wizard on the piano and many other instruments and yes, I agree wholeheartedly his voice was his most treasured talent. Many people did not know this about Dan and that he could write such a diverse range of music. This First Christmas Morning CD is magical.

My opinion of the First Christmas Morning is that it may well be Dan's greatest work. In an interview I seen of him I believe it was on Regis and Kathy Lee a few years back he stated that he had written and developed this compilation of Christmas music over a period of many years, and that it was one of his favotite creations. I received it as a gift last Christmas from friends who had purchased it only days prior to Dan's death. I listened to it over and over and then I listened to it some more. I took a road trip to be with my fiancee and her folks during the holidays and listened to it non-stop traveling to and from her folks house. It is a mind blowinging beautiful collection of songs. Snowfall is one exquisite piece of music. The video is quite beautiful BG. I subsribed to your page yesterday. Incredible.
