Keiji Inafune has said that he originally intended for Mega Man X5 to be the final entry of the X series. With a song like this, you can definitely understand that initial sentiment. It just has that FINALITY to it..."This is the moment everyone's waited for..."

Like people have said, this is where X goes to confront Zero. As you rush through that level, it makes you reflect on the previous titles - all of which have led to this moment.

Now that Inafune's gone, I wish X5 did end X.

Lol yeah, if I tried really hard, I might be able to do that, but I think that might take away from my enjoyment of the game. Plus X4 and X6 r alright 2 so I'd eventually just leave 5 and play those.

the 2 continues i used were on the level where you ride the hover bike, and i dont think anyone can argue that it takes a few tries to get all the orbs lol and, to what you said, X4 and X6 were amazing!! X6, in my opinion, was the best X game for the PS. i have about enough life in the negative numbers to actually suck the life from others that meet me, so i have time to master the X games to such an extant that it just gets ridiculous lol of course, i had to lose countless time to get that good

@ResidentMegamanX94 well actually dude, its only hard if you try playing as zero, xtreme mode is more fair when playing as x, thats I why I could get through it with only atleast 50 continues and within 4 days.. AND IM 12!! FOR GOD FCKING SAKE!! I BEAT THIS ON XTREME AND IM 12!! IM SO SURPRISED!! that if I could do it, you should be able to speed run it in under an hour

@YoYoKirby1 Is speed ran it when I was 10 years old on extreme as Zero with all power ups and then I let him go marverick and beat it with X. I love how I was pro until I got older LOL

God i loved this level...so bleedin epic. the music was the key. even though i died 2,000 times (half of which were from those damn laser beams at the begining) this is possibly my all favorite megaman level.

the only part i disliked...0:54 to 1:27. wtf? that totally took away from the awesomeness...
