could i substitute the urban decay liquid liner in smog with mac's sumptious olive eyeshadow? or even urban decay's smog eyeshadow?

just because they are a different texture than the liquid..

using the liquid liner is sort of acting as a way for the shadow to stick and have somethign to grab on to, and will keep club the same color. if you layered club over a powder shadow, they would sort of muddle together and it wouldnt be as vibrant and green.
