This movie is brillant. I am sorry that you went into it with all the hype because it took away how terrific it really is. I watched it not knowing anything about it and was blown away.

We drove cross country together after 9/11 and there were a few moments like the night in that steamy hot motel in Utah were we came close. REAL close. I didnt like the way our review of "Atonement" turned out simply because it's hard to spend 2 minutes saying how much you liked a film. If you hate a film, you can go on and on for 15 minutes.
