This area is in the direct flight path of Fulton Co. airport. When planes are taking off and landing they have their full array of lights on. Not just the brights for flying. This explains why your lights have blinkies and brights and all seem in a row. Carrollton is also right next to West Ga. Regional Airport. Could be either one. These look just like the take off lights that fly over my house every night. In one flight path and not zipping around. I've lived here 33 yrs. Its common.

The object was glowing orange flashing red, green, yellow, and a pinkish color. Many people say it was an airplane but to my knowledge, airplanes have red and blue becons that flash.
