While it's fun and cool to have two scarabs, it's not recomended for standard xbox live multiplayer, because they take up too much population, and whatever units that take up the remaining population will probably be backing the scarabs, so the enemy may have a clear shot at your base(s).

Alternatively, seeing your opponant do this may be an opportunity to attack their base instead.

And, as neokasuki has said, they are bad against cobras

Closest thing is the Flying Brick of Armor...it's also known as the Vulture. 2 vultures using an missile barrage can bring a scarab down if given the chance. Think pelican with so much armor and two gigantic dual autocannon s that it can barely fly. Then there are the various Leader specific units. Forge's Grizzlies are some badass tanks and Cyclopses are actually pretty damn handy.
