Wow, this is so different from the English version.

It's making me wonder: Was that originally supposed to be Tidus in the Sphere? Did they get rid of that idea and came up with Shuyin instead?

Or was it originally planned that Shuyin would have the same clothes as Tidus since they are almost one in the same (dream version and real version I mean)?

Or a third option: It's Shuyin, but they were too lazy for a new design and motion acting that they just put Tidus in?

Final fantasy x was lack of something

...and it is very important

that thing.. is a story of other peoples aside from main charactors

I still remember a story of peoples in FF9

it has many things in it that bring joy to us ..and sometime wanna cry for them

in FFX they usauly die before we have a chance to know anything about them it not easy to feel sad for someone you didn't even knew who they are and make this part of story fail to shark our heart

It's true that FFX focuses almost exclusively on the party, but I think this gives it greater freedom to explore each of their backstories.

It also conveys the perpetual chaos Spira experiences. The constant threat of Sin limits meaningful relationships. Although people struggle on somehow they don't have the opportunity to form close friendships.

In FFX we are not meant to weep for individuals, but for all those who live in that bleak world.

and as for the main character it seem the creator sure like to settle the matter with just have some of them simply tell the other at the few random point in the game and it too short I wish they would put some scene about main character 's past more

The "Tidus" who appears in the ffx-2's sphere wasn't already Tidus, but this Tidus wear the same clothes than the original one.

Yeah, it was more clearly someone "Not Tidus," even though we didn't know his name... we could see his outfit was different. In this, it looks so much like Tidus, even despite the static, it's rather unnerving. I wonder if FFX-2's Shuyin had an outfit closer to Tidus', or if he ever did...? What was with this scene? Maybe they changed it from this (which was released with FFX International) to something different by the time FFX-2 came out?

it look like tidus. i mean in 9:37-9:42 u could see his pants. one sleeve is shorter than the other and u could see the bright blue shorts he wears under the short sleeved one. Shuyin doesnt wear those kind of clothes. his short are even. thats probably the part wear Auron and Tidus are in that cage.

They're not the same clothes. If you notice, parts like the pants and gauntlet are very different.

Not in the original, they're not. But in the edited version that made it to the English game, there's a clear difference. In this FFX Intl. video, it's either a) Shuyin in Tidus' clothing or b) Tidus. The game designers just hadn't worked out all the confusing bits of FFX2 just yet.

This scene never appears in FFX-2. You have to have either seen the FFX Intl Japanese version or the English version that was released as a special scene on some magazine include disks (Playstation magazine before the FFX-2 release in English was one of them).

You may think that man in the sphere was Tidus, many were, but you're completly wrong. In that sphere, the real man is Tidus, not Shuyin. But, this is International, not English, so it is different, there are add-ons that the English version didn't get,those dresspheres that everyone wants. There are things some places don't get. They speak a different language, so understand.

That is so stupid. The sphere clearly showed Tidus. In FFX-2, Yuna is confused. She thinks it COULD be Tidus, but she's not sure. The actual sphere, where it shows Shuyin, makes her confused feeling have a lot more merit. Shuyin KIND OF looks like Tidus, but wasn't. If she had seen this she would've thought it was Tidus, since it is. Showing that sphere scene was poorly directed, it was a lot more fitting in X-2.
