  • I used 2 tubs of this. I weighed 75kilos and after my bulking period of using this and a high calorie diet I weighed 81 kilos. It wasnt just lean mass tho. Had some fat build up. And I drank it with whole milk on the first tub. Huge strength gains. In total it took me 2 months and 2 tubs of cyclone to gain 6 kilos of decent mass. Only downside to this product it's soooo dammn expensive and you only get 20 servings per tub.

  • I'm a boxer and I train 3 times a week, and I do weight training once a week for about an hour and a half. I am currently 13st 2lbs, Using Cyclone roughly how long would it take to gain 1-2lbs ? (considering I am eating a balanced diet and doing the training I listed above)

  • @dodds1121 Supplements are there, as the name suggests, to supplement. You should supplement a good diet and workout regime with such supplements. Good luck.

  • im a skinny guy but have been going to the gym without using anything and i have gained muscle but im not really looking bigger in size, i do tend to drink 8-10 pints of water so if i keep doing this while taking cyclone would this bulk me up abit more? ( like bigger arms )

  • i can mix this in with warm water can't I? i saw a guy mix 1 in cold and one in warm, the warm dissolved more meaning you won't snap some shit up in your kidneys. plus i want a warm drink for the winter! and i am only 15, any bad effects for my age and do i have to take it everyday even when not working out?

  • @crudnup its not recomended for under 18s because your bodys not fully grown yet to an extent but warm or cold water is fine. you need to be drinking a lot of water for the creatine to take affect though

  • @michaellonglegend Progain Extreme is like a combination of Cyclone and Progain. It contains more calories and more protein than Cyclone but includes the creatine, glutamine and HMB you get form Cyclone. Overall if you want to just build muscle, Cyclone would be best, but if you struggle to increase your size and put on weight, Progain extreme would be better because it contains the extra calories and protein you need.

    By the sound of the training you'll be doing, it's fairly high intensity stuff so the fat burn issue shouldn't be a problem, which is what will give you the toned look anyway... But by using cyclone you will gain good lean muscle mass if used along side a good diet...it won't be massive gains because of the type of training you are doing but I know you said that you didn't want to get fatty big anyway.

  • Best product hands down! I use it for 2 years now and you can check out my channel for results. I gone off it once to use PHD Synergy and felt a difference straight away. It wasn't half as good. Strongly recommend it for ll athletes

  • Hey, I do Taekwondo 4 days a week for an hour which is soon to be two hours. So in about a months time or so i'll be doing 8 hours a week actual TKD sessions then my own training like working on my punchbag (when i order it) using my weights (only 10kg) and sit ups/press ups. I only really want to define myself muscle wise I don't want to be fatty big if you know what i mean. Is this the right product for me and how should I use it??

  • @12parkourdude12 - Yes for sure. Once you get to the physique you want you only need to eat enough to maintain muscle in protein and carbs etc. You can take have Promax if you need extra protein, it can be hard to eat enough protein in meals so Promax is perfect for making up any short fall

  • I'm looking to increase my muscle size and strength, in overall areas, I'm 6ft and about 10.5 stone (whatever that is in pounds lol) I do eat quite a lot, sometimes not the healthiest of things, but I find it hard to gain weight. Do I need to gain weight, before using this product? Or can I start using it straight away and expect to see muscle growth without damaging my health?   • Couldn't recommend Cyclone highly enough. I hit the gym every day and take the 2 servings that is suggested and I've seen results within a week. They really are right about the 7 days thing, I was amazed. My muscles don't seaze up or tighten after training either because of Cyclone. Seriously, top stuff! :)

  • @fshfrghedht64 Yes stacking two products will be more benefitial for you...I do it with Cyclone and Promax and i can tell you it helps....Alot.

  • @fshfrghedht64 - These are great examples of good healthy foods for a balanced diet. Aim to gain 1-2lbs a week, so things to remember when you are building muscle and size: Keep increasing you calories each week until you are gaining 1-2lbs a week, try to split your calories across 5-6 meals a day, have 2g of protein per kg of your bodyweight and train with weights at least 3 times a week - Let us know how you get on!

  • @GreazedKid07 - If you don't want to increase weight, you need to eat enough calories and protein to maintain weight (not bulk up) so include the calories you are getting from supplements. You should be eating roughly your body in lbs x 12 to maintain weight (this is only a guideline) and roughly 1-2g of protein per kg of your bodyweight.

  • @GreazedKid07 - To work out calories, the average person needs to eat roughly their body weight in lbs x10 in calories per day to lose weight, body weight in lbs x 12 to maitain weight and body weight in lbs x 15 to increase weight. This is just an estimate and depending on how active you are this varies so it’s worth looking at your requirements in more detail.

  • hi, I've been using another product containing creatine on and off before, not regularly. I'm about to start using Cyclone now and train properly. How long should I keep taking cyclone? for two months and have 1 month break?   • @fearlesneh - You should take Cyclone for t8-12 weeks and then have a 3-4 weeks break. This is because your body naturally produces creatine and when using creatine from external sources your natural production levels will drop so the effects become less apparent and the benefits are not as good.

  • @supasaiyn - Recovery days (when you are not training) are almost more important with nutrition. Nutrition and rest are essential to recovery.   • @AlexOliver555 I'm just wondering that too. But mainly I thought to build MASS you workout with slower rep speeds rather than power through them fast..so why would you need creatine to do Muscle Strength training? You wont be using that energy system for mass building right?

  • @AzEvanz - The general rule for bulking up and building muscle is to lift heavier weights and do less reps. The best thing to do is to work out your 1RM ( 1 rep max ) To work this out, with an instructors help, you do one rep with the heaviest weight you can lift safely (which is why it is important to do this with a qualified gym instructor)

  • @AzEvanz - If your goal is to build muscle, your weights should be roughly 80% of the 1RM you have. For example, if your 1RM was a 40kg weight, when training you should be using roughly 80% of your 1RM so you would need a 32kg weight. Once you have the right weight, start with 3 sets. 2 sets of 8 reps and 1 set of 6 reps.

  • @ahmedatcha786 -We don’t recommend products to anyone under 18. This is because your body is still undergoing natural changes so you haven’t fully finished growing and developing. I would recommend a simple well balanced diet.

    For example

    Good proteins: Chicken, fish, nuts.

    Good fats: Flax seed oil, oily fish such as salmon and sardines, sunflower seeds and avocados.

    Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables: Dark-coloured fruits (plums, red grapes etc.) and vegetables (spinach, kale, and broccoli) are good ones to aim for as they are higher in antioxidants than lighter coloured fruit and vegetables.

  • @jackk123121 - No, Pormax isnt the wrong product as such, Important factors when aiming to increase muscle and size are calories, protein, recovery, reducing muscle breakdown, increasing training intensity and optimising natural hormone levels. The more active we are, the more calories we need to maintain weight. You should be having 5-6 small meals throughout the day and to gain weight / add size, you need to consume extra calories every day.

  • @irishwarriors2010 - Yes, but losing fat and increasing muscle at the same time can prove to be quite difficult to achieve. To increase muscle size you need to consume more calories than you are burning each day. To lose fat you need to consume fewer calories than you are burning. If you want to build muscle whilst minimising fat gain I would recommend Cyclone and Thermobol.

  • @coolhandluke699 - You can use both, but you may not need to. You need roughly 2g of protein per kg of your bodyweight to build muscle. Protein and carbs are just foods so you can’t do any harm by having Cyclone as well at all. You just need to ensure you are not having more calories than you need so you don’t over consume and gain fat.

  • @Chutsey - Losing fat and increasing muscle at the same time can prove to be quite difficult to achieve. To increase muscle size you need to consume more calories than you are burning each day. To lose fat you need to consume fewer calories than you are burning

  • @Chutsey - We recommend that you split your training goals. You should choose to either: build muscle while minimising fat gain or lose fat while preserving lean muscle. If you choose to build muscle whilst minimising fat gain I would recommend Cyclone and Thermobol.

    If you are going to concentrate on losing fat whilst preserving lean muscle then Promax and Thermobol would be the recommended products for you.

  • @gregglesdawrestler - Absolutely, just remember that milk contain extra calories and will slow digestion. On training days, if you can, try to have your shake straight away and mix with water so you absorb the ingredients faster which will aid muscle growth , repair and recovery

  • @gregglesdawrestler - Having your Cyclone with milk won't effect your results. If you cant stomach it with water, have it with milk, you will get the same results, just keep an eye on the extra calories and factor that into your daily calorie amount so you dont gain fat.

  • @envchris I'm 17 and use Cyclone and Promax and it haven't had any side effects. My mates that play for Cardiff Blues Youth (also 17) all get given free shakes by the club so it must be fine for your health cos those guys know what they're doing.
