I think they're much better now that Eddie quit drinking and Diamond Dave is back and sounding better than ever, and Eddie's son is kicking butt playing bass...I'm so glad that a youngster like you listens to a classic band like Van Halen....instead of the "music" that's out there now.....

im thinking that eddie has quite a few sick riffs that we havent heard yet. i really hope that they make that album. i miss mike anthony though. oh well, wolfgang is pretty damn good.

well, I heard they might release a live album from this last tour, but I don't know when they'll be hitting the studio since they're still touring.....

As for Michael Anthony, as you may know, he's rocking out w/ Sammy Hagar and Joe Satriani in the band "Chickenfoot" so he's still rocking out........keep rockin!!!

Note how he lays down his smoke to his Right side @ 0:40 , then, another smoke appears on the head of his guitar, @ 1:03 --- the video never shows him putting the cig. back onto his AXE!! It is still one of the best SOLOS around!! Rock on Eddie!!

This whole concert video was actually filmed during a THREE night concert set. Then edited for sale. I own this video, and have re-lived this concert over and over for several years. However, not many people remember,that , during the LIVE, MTV Video Music Award thing, back in '86, VH did a LIVE broadcast, of the song Best of Both Worlds while doing this concert!! OMG, I think I just showed my age...LMAO!!! Enjoy the videos, the music.... AND the Guitar Master. Rock on Van Halen
