You can feel the energy in the air... and he's a MONSTER on the guitar. Seriously, Keith Urban can hang with ANYBODY on the guitar. The show's just as awesome as they come. Looks like the real deal - gibson les paul junior as far as I can tell though customised.

Keith doesn't play Ephiphone guitars.

Actually, Keith IS playing an Epiphone Special II. It's not a LP Junior. It's definitely an Epi. He plays the Special II a LOT on tour... mainly because, if anyone has been to one of Keith's concerts, they know he almost always gives guitars to someone in the crowd... so he usually gives away the Specials. Now I have seen him give away some LP Gold Tops, but usually it's the Epi Specials.

Just goes to show, Epi's are really good guitars, despite what ppl think. And he's playing a cheapie!

I realise that now as the Les Paul Junior only has one pick up whereas the Ephiphone model has a few, its actually part of what drives people to Junior's in the first place.

Btw I don't know if I said it but Ephiphone aren't cheapo guitars but I think they are undervalued sometimes because they are seen as the cheaper version of Gibson's models when in fact there is a lot more to Ephiphone than that.

Yep, absolutely. Epi's are VERY underrated. You're right. They're seen as cheapos, but in all reality, Epi's are really, really good guitars. By far the best entry level you can get: well, Epi's and Dean's, both are awesome guitars.
