I applaud giving sick and poor people between jobs and with medical issues homes to live in. What I don't applaud is the families who abuse the system and no one polices it or if they do they're sued by liberal groups claiming it's either racist or bigotry (based on whether it's race or class related) when all the police groups are trying to do is stop the abuse of people trying to receive free hand outs who are perfectly healthy to work. Mr Obama give Cali schools more money.
