You would make a great teacher. YOU appear to have a lot of enthusiasm for giving. This is what is needed when you become a teacher. You need to be patient and if you are a mother of 5 you certainly are. Many women now don't want to have more than one because of the work involved but you didn't. There are so many assests described in the video as to why you should persue being a teacher: life experience w/ your own children, advocating for your daughter w/ special needs and working w/in the school system,hands on experience w/ teaching (music). You bring maturity and experience, both that will serve you well in a teaching career. Good luck!
