That's bullshit. Anyone who's ever played basketball would know that you can't move the net in that direction from the angle where the ball came. The net does that when it goes in and hits a small piece of the right side of the rim.

Had he hit the net and nothing else, it would've looked more like a swish with the ball barely grazing the net. You can't hit that much net as that ball did without going in the basket, the ball had way too much arch on it.
