Not knocking you, but have you done your due diligence regarding legal use? Have you considered it's status regarding: FAA, regarding claims of trespass of airspace over private property? How to respond to shoot-down? Your aim is a noble one, but you are best served when acting within the law, since doing otherwise only hurts your status among the general public. I agree with your cause; there is strength in numbers, good to have a knowledgeable and persuasive lawyer on-hand too. Best wishes.

Since you have a live feed from the ground, is it also recording remotely/wirelessly? That would be perfect. Even if the angel was destroyed or stolen, the video evidence is still yours.

If not, you could always use a second camera to record the screen your watching off of. Might not look nice but it would be something

You may think it seems silly, but every life we witness being snuffed out is no laughing matter. And every life we can save from this barbarity is a triumph. @Thylacina No, there are numerous helicopter manufacturers. The tough part is to afford them and learn to fly them. Bob Barker made it possible to buy them. We spent a number of rather intensive months learning to fly.
