once you find 1 youll find another bear they always go in pairs of 2 but if you kill the 2 you might get lucky and 2 more will come and it goes on and on

I always look up these locations and when I get there I kill about 20 bears then I save then i sell my loot. but whenever I go back they are never there... i constantly have to look for new locations or just stay there for about 30min hoping for the bears to respawn. it is annoying >.<

I usually don't have trouble finding bears, infact they find ME, I can't count how many times I was riding from one place to another- then a bear appears out of fucking nowhere and kills my horse. I hate the bears in this game.

There should be a setting that when you use dead eye and paint the enemy a few times in the head, it automatically stops firing after they die so that it saves you ammo.

Why don't you use the buffalo rifle on the bears!? It's 1 shot kill if u hit them on the head with dead eye. Saves wasting bullets 2 :)

when you kill a bear another one always appears so all u have to do is find one and keep killing them after that. Also get snake oil to replenish your dead eye.

When you auto aim at beavers it actually aims below them and you will miss. That's why he was having problems. You need to aim up a bit after the reticule snaps on.

i found a good one, the first mcdougal mission, when you first go off road a bear attacks you, let it kill your horse and 2 bears for every one you kill

dude the bolt action rifle>every other gun in the game. That thing is so beast, close quarters, long range, it doesn't even matter. That and the winchester repeater. The schoefield revolver is the best of the handguns in my opinion, I doesn't feel right using the more modern ones.

None the less the bolt action rifle is the best.

It took me days of searching to get all five of them... I realized it's definitely easier to find them at nite, i looked during the day for three of them and at nite found the last two with ease. Twin trees is your best bet, but I managed to find one at Great Plains.

Yeah I have to agree you took forever just to show the map. When I am searching for locations I dont need to watch you shoot badly for 9+ minutes. And just so you know, for some of us the beavers are not everywhere. If you are getting them in mexico then feel lucky. I actually had to play and open up the map through missions.
