They can't legally ban railfanning at Griffith. The sidewalks on Broad Street are not EJ&E or CN property, and neither is the area the museum is in. I'd continue to go there and just stay on the sidewalks.
@EJE665 I always stay on the sidewalks while rail fanning, and a cop has even drove past without saying a word to me, nothing wrong with rail fan as long as your not tresspassing on the track

Just stand on Broad St. and you can still see the J and CN. You would be on public property.
