Unfortunately, this history is purposefully omitted from textbooks. However, the internet provides citations from suppressed works that reveal all of these trends. Google the terms "The Salafi" and "Bahai" and read away...

What's that have to do with what I wrote? It's one thing for an oppressive government to deny education to people; it's entirely another for people to be *in denial* over viable history and avoid the reality of what the British set up in Persia over 150 years ago.

I don't think a book entitled "Hostage to Khomeini", written by a Jewish guy named Dreyfuss, and which labels Khomeini as satan incarnate, was the product of that mullah government. You are drowning in wishful thinking and delusions, and should investigate true history, rather than what's dished up to you as propaganda.

It case you didn't know, the Iranian government managed to prepare a book suposedly written by a Russian ambassador. The forgery was so ridiculous that even an anti-Baha'i activist had to denounce it... ;)
