  • What's its power level? It's over niiiiiiiiiine...

  • My parents said I had a whopping 35 bucks to spend for Christmas. This was my choice. Until I tore it apart to see how it worked. Still can't believe there is only one motor to do all the movements. Got get to eBay and by another one.

  • lol shit i still got one of these sitting on my shelf...wonder what the collector value is..havnt ran it since ohhh 1987 or so.

  • the perfect toy for engineers...

  • funny thing is we have a stockpile of these in my mechanisms class, we had to take them apart find out how they work, count the gear teeth and reassemble them correctly and right now writing my report lol

  • I had one of these... played with it until it eventually broke.

  • used to have one of these, was great but really noisy!!

  • dude i gota fucking get me one

  • Still have mine. Wicked cool toy from back when they still made such awesome toys, and when Radio SHack was more than just a store for mobile phones and over-prices batteries.

Did you buy yours later since you still have the box and acessories?

  • my fav childhoo toy

  • I LOVE KRAFTWERK!!

  • Nigga get a ps3

  • @treylsend faggot get a life

  • I had this. It was loud as hell. And I found out by mistake that putting the batteries in wrong reversed the controls -- something I had never seen before in any electronic gadget.

  • @izzynobre That is because there was no electronics in it. Just motors directly connected to batteries via the control switches.

  • @RobKohr hmm, interesting!

  • The beauty of it, is that it's a single motor running, and the controls are purely mechanical gears. It's a small, beautiful feat of engineering.

  • god, i loved this toy

  • Very nice! I wish I still had my box and the accessories :(

Now I just pick up and crush little Mechwarrior figures.

  • careful, radioactive balls
