@redneck0jackattack yah... they do, i think after gh 2 they used all real artist, because it's always cheaper to get a random band to play a song and get it copyrighted than to get real artists and get that copyrighted. since gh1 and 2 were low budgeted, they obviously HAD to use fakies, they had no money to copyright 50 songs from real artists. later in gh3+ they do have enough funds, so they bought copy rights on all the real artists ones. later they even make original sound track stereo.
but it had more graphics than the ps2 version, actually the developers put a little bit more effort on wii graphics this time , it could look better because wii can handle more graphics
well... u dont really have a choice... it's the same mic for rb2 and rb1 also... they just change the name.... plus did u put it close to ur mouth? i think if u put it close to ur mouth it is less sensitive cause it may be confuse with the change of voice.
or put it far away as it may be WAY too sensitive to put close to mouth

so yah if ur gonna buy i suggest getting so: a guitar kit for ghwt, then a rb2 drum, then rb2 disc, since u can play rb2 with the ghwt guitar, and trust me ghwt guitar is way better
the shooting games are great tho. it would be awesome if wii have mirror's edge, lol that would be soooo cool. wii is just for fun, most wii owners, like me, either play for the wii just for fun cause they dont have time for a real long boring story line game. or they have a pc and use that as graphic. no... well... depends on how u look at it, ps3 version still have like 100 frame rate while wii made max at 60 frame rate, and sometimes lags if u play full band. so... and not a lot of add ons either, only mii freestyle, the good thing is that u can buy songs just like you on a itunes, which is quite nice actually just go out and buy a wii point card and download ur song. sounds like itunes, easier too, cause all u gotta do is punch in the codes and it's automatically shows up ^.^
either way i like the cartoon shape stuff more over too realistic and over reflective people like in ghwt. but rock band did a good job on the reflection tho... idk why O.O

nothing's wrong with my recorder, it's just that u guys are too blind to see that this is MUCH clearer, in pixel AND in frame rate compare to the other on screen vid. i did that on purpose, also i dont want to keep filming the ppl playing it, i want a full game only vid, i'm sure there are already a ton of vid showing ppl playing it without really any gameplay footage, on so i did that by zooming, but hey if u want, u can jsut go on the ign site and watch the hd version.

hey noob, if ur gonna get rock band get rock band 2, u'll be crying so bad when u fist play rock band 1, oppose to playing this game. also, wth u should have had 2 controllers anyway, it's a wii for god sake, i think the only person who will play guitar hero in ur house is u, so just unplug and change the controller when u are done, dont be lazy lol. and like i said tell ur freind to bring over a wii mote, easy as that.
me, i know every bit of guitar hero 4, from TOP to bottom on features and specs and things need to be improve, but the only thing i've NEVER looked at is the song list. but if u really want to, just type in google guitar hero world tour song list, then it should give u some sites with the "official" song list, then just press (ctrl+f) once ur inside the website, then type in "assassin" in the little box in the left bottom corner and if it cant find it, then it's probably not in the game. I love the GH series and I'm excited about this game. However while looking for some reviews ($200 means a lot to me for a game) I read some comments saying that the drums have several sensitive problems (a lot of time the hit doesn't register). Is that true?
i dont have it yet (just bought a 200 buck acoustic, i'm broke -.-') and probably, since remember real drum machine cost about 200-300 got a good one, ghwt have a "real", yes that drum is a real drum machine, drum machine that cost 100 bucks, or likely 75 at the end of the year, so u might be asking to buy a REALLY BAD drum machine. so "probably" i'm not sure tho. it is also depends, is it made in china? ROFL j/k yah it depends u might get a defective box, u should check out more reviews.
did u try rb on wii? cause i saw some vid preview and it's pretty good timing, anyway since ea's new ceo and harmonix pissed me off, i wont support rb2 wii. also in the dlc u gotta put in the dlc song from the sd card before u start the game. which is REALLY space consuming considering people dont want to keep exiting the game, then swap out like 1 or 2 song (most likely 10) everytime.
on guitar hero, it loads the song into the wii's memory, then it plays from there, after ur done with the song, or pressed play another song or exit or w/e, the "temporary" dlc is delete from wii's hard drive, then when u pop in another dlc on the list, it automatically loads the song from the sd card onto the wii's hard drive again, creating a temp folder, and after ur done playing it, it deletes the temp. the good thing about this is that u dont have to exit the game and load in new song!"ign"

the 400 buck ps3 have a 40gb hard drive, wii have a 32gb hard drive, and by the end of next year, sd cards can easily go over 80gb (because hd cameras now require much more hard disk space in flash memory) and on it's way to 100gb. and it'll be leaving the ps3's hard drive in the dust with 60x speed model coming out the end of this year ^.^ and wii dont really need a big hard drive, all it needs is to save codes which execute when u enter a game (saves) but it's just because of ghwt and wii ware

is anyone else but me pissed that when u hit the bass pedal/ bass open E string the sign that u hit the note fades off while 360/PS3 version all 5 note circle things pop up?? I.E. watch bass pedal on drums at 0:45
i know wat u mean, but because vigarous vision is making it, which is good since they will build it from ground up, but they are not the same guys who made 360/ps3 version, so they thought it would look better like that. and for me i think it's better, since it'll look better on an easy song, but emagine 5 keys and every other keys popping up all at the same time on a drum expert, that would totally mess me up. so i think a little wave is a great idea, and the wave is also well donned too.
u know what makes me pissed in this version? the thunder is too cartoon ish (vigarous vision has a history of making things look cartoony) and HUGE, i called it HUGE *** THUNDER!!! MUHAHA, but no seriously it takes up too much of the screen
WHILE on 360/ps3 they tried to not cover up the screen so much that the thunder are "tiny" and the flame are toooo transparent.

me, i know every bit of guitar hero 4, from TOP to bottom on features and specs and things need to be improve, but the only thing i've NEVER looked at is the song list. but if u really want to, just type in google guitar hero world tour song list, then it should give u some sites with the "official" song list, then just press (ctrl+f) once ur inside the website, then type in "assassin" in the little box in the left bottom corner and if it cant find it, then it's probably not in the game. I love the GH series and I'm excited about this game. However while looking for some reviews ($200 means a lot to me for a game) I read some comments saying that the drums have several sensitive problems (a lot of time the hit doesn't register). Is that true?

i dont have it yet (just bought a 200 buck acoustic, i'm broke -.-') and probably, since remember real drum machine cost about 200-300 got a good one, ghwt have a "real", yes that drum is a real drum machine, drum machine that cost 100 bucks, or likely 75 at the end of the year, so u might be asking to buy a REALLY BAD drum machine. so "probably" i'm not sure tho. it is also depends, is it made in china? ROFL j/k yah it depends u might get a defective box, u should check out more reviews.

did u try rb on wii? cause i saw some vid preview and it's pretty good timing, anyway since ea's new ceo and harmonix pissed me off, i wont support rb2 wii. also in the dlc u gotta put in the dlc song from the sd card before u start the game. which is REALLY space consuming considering people dont want to keep exiting the game, then swap out like 1 or 2 song (most likely 10) everytime.

on guitar hero, it loads the song into the wii's memory, then it plays from there, after ur done with the song, or pressed play another song or exit or w/e, the "temporary" dlc is delete from wii's hard drive, then when u pop in another dlc on the list, it automatically loads the song from the sd card onto the wii's hard drive again, creating a temp folder, and after ur done playing it, it deletes the temp. the good thing about this is that u dont have to exit the game and load in new song!"ign"

i reason i got it before is that i work with underground gaming sites and communities, they rev games and stuff, actually this vid is the first on youtube to display the gameplay, but really i played this like 10k times before that. the reason i didnt film it is that the community dont want people to get hype with a beta. but really i had this game for a while, i was just faking all the count downs to make it exiting, but since it's almost release date so wth XD hope i dont get yell by admins ;)

not until gh5 comes out, but then activision will be as nice as this game and let u play backward for gh4 encore or w/e it will be call, (metallica please please *cross fingers*) then we might be able to plug into gh5 with this controller, but they'll think of something new, but i hope they wont for about 3-4 continue sequel cause i really dont want to buy a new guitar -.-. i'll be really pissed if gh5 have a really cool thing on it and "exclusive" and i'll have to get another dang plastic guita

dude your fucken ridiculous. ps3 is way better. obviously the hard drive capacity is alot better. compared to lil bitch sd cards ha ha ha. and you can share content with ps3. log in on friends psn account. and download whatever they purchased. basically free dlc for you. unlike wii. gotta "borrow" it off card ha ha ha. you can run countless OS's on ps3. PS3 beats wii on many different categories. Graphics, hard drive,blu ray, better everything. wii doesnt even have a dvd player. HA HA HA HA HA.

3.with wii u can just download content off the internet, for free... so u dont have to "borrow" anything.
4.and all my freinds have aim and facebook, why not log in on there, faster and u can actually use a keyboard.
5. the only os ps3 can run for now (fully) is yellow dog linux, while wii can also do that, with a bit of hacking of course ;).

the 400 buck ps3 have a 40gb hard drive, wii have a 32gb hard drive, and by the end of next year, sd cards can easily go over 80gb (because hd cameras now require much more hard disk space in flash memory) and on it's way to 100gb. and it'll be leaving the ps3's hard drive in the dust with 60x speed model coming out the end of this year ^.^ and wii dont really need a big hard drive, all it needs is to save codes which execute when u enter a game (saves) but it's just because of ghwt and wii ware

well, if u talk about generation, it's been dated back to the military time where army men made codes so they can play some really realistic pong/tennis, and i'm not talking normal pong like side to side, i'm talking pong that have gravity code, like when u play it actually hit the ground then bounce back up, pretty imaginative those guys. and i bet it took them like 80 hours to complete a set of codes jsut for that lol. but yes not really matter which generation, when u die u'll say, oh wth.

it doesn't matter, my point being, no matter what the year or w/e u just have to only limit the games to being fun and entertaining. that's it. and now we are making a big fuss about all this other crap while gameplay is not once mentioned! who cares if ps3 have big hard drive, all nintendo gotta do is release a patch that will let the wii take a 32 gb sd card(almost as big as the ps3's hard drive ie 40gb), that's it, and u know wat they might already released it included in this game (idk tho)

is anyone else but me pissed that when u hit the bass pedal/ bass open E string the sign that u hit the note fades off while 360/PS3 version all 5 note circle things pop up?? I.E. watch bass pedal on drums at 0:45

i know wat u mean, but because vigarous vision is making it, which is good since they will build it from ground up, but they are not the same guys who made 360/ps3 version, so they thought it would look better like that. and for me i think it's better, since it'll look better on an easy song, but emagine 5 keys and every other keys popping up all at the same time on a drum expert, that would totally mess me up. so i think a little wave is a great idea, and the wave is also well donned too.

u know what makes me pissed in this version? the thunder is too cartoon ish (vigarous vision has a history of making things look cartoony) and HUGE, i called it HUGE *** THUNDER!!! MUHAHA, but no seriously it takes up too much of the screen
WHILE on 360/ps3 they tried to not cover up the screen so much that the thunder are "tiny" and the flame are toooo transparent.
and if u ask me, i couldn't care less! XD
2 diff maker u should expect diff
and ps2 version will be diff too since it's diff maker

well yah it's the developers fault really. wii can play halo 1/2 even more smooth and have higher resolution and have more color spectrum than an xbox. but guess wat, if halo was build from ground up for wii.
either way the only graphical diff from this than a 360 version is that it have less reflective, hair wont move unless u have long hair. and u know gh2 back in ps2 have better graphic than this lol.
oh and wii music have even BETTER graphic than this MUCH better! but it's nintendo.. so..

have u seen final fantasy on the ps2? have u seen it? it's like 360 graphic. and same goes here, the wii is significantly stronger than the ps2, therefore it should be able to play some 360 graphic, it's just that these ppl are too lazy to build from ground up. i'm not saying vigarous vision is bad, but if ea were to also build the game from ground up, it would be GREAT. u know this graphic to me suck balls,even the gamecube can do better, idk wat's the hype with wii being slow.

yes u can also play drum vs drum online also. same goes for vocal and guitar, and bass, i mean if there's enough playing it can be a BUNCH of combination really. ie. vocal/drum vs vocal/drum, vocal/guitar vs vocal/guitar. and so on it would be a great deal of combination!

hmm idk.. well they have "officially" announced that wii version will have everything the other version have, or even more (consider more players online and mii free play). u know when i went to best buys, they said they had ghwt for about a month now, so 5 DAYS before it is release that u ask if it's gimped, even if it is even god cant fix it!i'm amazed lol. my facts are only based on report, now if it's true or not idk, wait 5 days and read reports and review, it should be all over net prior.

plus u know u'll be a dumb*** to buy it the first day right? its gonna be outa stock and all that crap. if it's outa stock, then u'll know it's good, if it isn't then something's wrong now right? look at fry's and best buys wii version of rockband suppose to be 160, but now something went wrong (a lot of crap, i mean good features got taken out) and they are stuck with a bunch of stock, and much more from the back, at about 120 each, so wait a couple of weeks read reviews then buy, (i did to rb)

Rock Band Wii sucks, GHWT for Wii is going to be so awesome! I would've gotten Rock Band but I was disappointed about al of the missing features. But hey, I'm just one out of millions that have the same thoughts.

yup ^.^ give me 5 star plz XD i actually was the first to post this, really, i got the vid from ign the first day it came out, beside from ign i was teh first ever to post this on youtube, yes great honor ^.^ also i film this on camera to give BEST picture quality, i know it look like it is suckier graphic than the other ones, but if u observe, the other ones are pixely and u cant see anyhing clear while i zoom specifically onto the gameplay to give u max pixel (8mp cam) and best frame rate.

me... all my friends, and hopefully more than 200 million other ppl, u just take the number of ppl buying the wii, then subtract ppl just buy it because they dont have enough money to get a ps3, then u subtract the ppl who like rock band more than gh, most likely no one who own a wii will like rock band because rock band for wii suck balls. and then subtract the ppl who wont buy ghwt because they dont have wifi and cant play ghwt online, then u take that number and ask urself, who WILL get it?

one of many reason i boycott it and told everyone who own and wii and who will get rb for the wii not to get it and wait for ghwt. actually i met like 10 ppl at best buy and frys, and they ask why am i so good at gh3, and i said ty, then they said i'm gonna get rock band cause of drum and stuff, and i just tell them most of the things i said up here, so most of them are pretty mad of rock band, and said they are going to get ghwt. but some of them... they dont know wat i am talking about so...

I know the mic has a wire, I just heard that you need a wiimote to select it as another instrument. Unless the mic has buttons on it.
