I need to remove and replace the right front fender from my C3 because of a small exhaust manifold fire I just had. I think the fender is beyond repair. Can anyone help me with some tips? Because I don't need to replace the whole front clip, where do I seperate the front corner for the easiest re-attachment? Anyone??? Thanks in advance!!!
Very useful information. As you said, I haven't seen this process explained ANYWHERE else. Wish I had seen it about a week ago when I removed a hood skin! Oh well, next time I'll be able to do it right. Excellent job!
whatever. just keep adding bondo and then sand. bondo forever.

Nice video... Also, great web site.... assumingly, this technique would have been used during the removal of the firewall and front clip?
