i so desperately wish i grew up in the 50s. the days where kids could just disappear like that for days and they're parents would barely get worried. now it's like if a kid gets out of their parents sight for 3 seconds they're calling in the S.W.A.T. team.
the days before video games and cell phones you can access the internet from were good. i wish i had the chance to grow up in them.
I do too as well. Though the reason their parents didn't care was because they lied about where they were staying. If you read the novella I believe that Teddy's mom call's Charlie's house to make sure they're there and not smoking lol.

Ah...Get a dog? I just went though a bit of a depression state myself since I moved to CA and left my beset friends I had since the 6th grade. Which was when I moved to FL. I'm a Sophomore in College now so yeah...I got a dog and he's a sweet heart who makes me feel loved lol.
