I think I know what you mean...somehow her sound has an almost physical impact, you feel it in your gut, in your heart...I know that may sound corny, but it really is almost uncanny...if she gets any better it will be almost transcendence...
I love this song and Brandi! They sound amazing together! I can not wait until her new album! 5 more days! I heard a preview of her album she has some pretty amazing singers with her on her new album..well Brandi is awesome! She puts on the best concerts! :)
Amy's like her mentor, her "this is what it's like to be a lesbian in the music industry". They're so awesome. I wouldn't be surprised if she and the Indigo Girls did a whole album together someday.

I like that idea, the support and encouragement of a mentor and the idea of passing on the baton. Both the Indigo Girls and Brandi are very respectful of the musicianship of other artists. Real sign of maturity. An ensemble album would be awesome.
BC and the IGs also mentored an Australian singer, Missy Higgins, something l hope she will share with other young musicians.

I understood it to mean that the writer was so moved, perhaps almost to tears, that it is difficult to swallow.
The performance really was some kind of wonderful, where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
