They're not really vampires, but I guess you can call them that. lol The correct term would be Jiang Shi. I think they're more similiar to zombies.

Not vampires. Zombies. Chinese zombies can be controlled by the slip on their forehead. It's a Chinese medicine/alchemy thing.
