@nitrand -- I'm an onion lover, lol. And they actually make it taste REALLY good (to an onion lover, of course, otherwise they could be left out). I've seen a lot of Indians use onions tha they themselves chopped and fried until crispy-brown in these recipes. For me, using the french friend onions was skipping a step :)

I like the recipe, but what's with those frech fried onions, you could do without those.
