This was one of my mom's favorite desserts. She made 3 layers but used strawberry and chopped pecans for the first layer, lime jello and cream cheese for the middle and cherry jello with crushed pineapple for the top. She made it in a loaf pan and turned it out on a platter to slice and serve.
