Netflix needs to release their app for all Android devices, don't you guys think? Just releasing it for a few select devices is complete bullshit. Companies like Apple pay Netflix to let them have an app and deny it for others. What kind of crap is that? Isn't that a violation of antitrust laws?

The quality looks pretty awful... Stuttering every other frame... would annoy me a lot. Why isn't there just a free version of playon? seriously who is going to pay $4.99 a month just to watch netflix on their phone? You don't have to pay for some program to watch netflix on your computer of game console, why should it cost money for a program to watch it on your phone? No wonder the NASDAQ is at it's highest ever... Tech industries milking us for every penny we have.

i didnt say it worked on all phones and now that the official NETFLIX APP is available for DROID and droidX it doesnt really matter

kinda worked for me but it has some SERIOUS lag. i tried on wifi and full 3g bars. dont know whats different but the ustream connection just seems slow

@DroidLocks6971 It does not work on all phones. I have a HTC Thunderbolt, and the netflix streaming does not work.

@progtaplayer there are work arounds for it to dl and play on the thunderbolt. I had the same issue with my g2x and I am uploading a vid of that playing netflix now.

I don't understand. Are you streaming from the PC to the phone or vice versa? If you must stream from a PC what is the point of watching it on the phone's smaller screen? There's very little info here, only you showing it playing on your phone.

@woopswrongplanet What he's doing is opening a Netflix movie on his computer and using Ustream to stream the screen to the phone, thus streaming the movie, and using VNC to start the movie.

seriously -- I appreciate the effort, and I have props for you for creating such a great workaround (or for sharing it, if you copied it from someone). I'd seriously suggest that you write the steps on paper, and then work on a more flawless delivery. You could probably do this tutorial in about 6 minutes.  Also, give the assumptions up front (you need working vnc, etc), it will make it less confusing.
