ha funny vid, but thers no chance of it acctually happening: there have been particles with 10times the energy colliding constantly in the atmosphere for 4.6billion years now and no black holes yet so if one is created at cern it would just be really really bad luck :p

If you look into the physics of it, a Black Hole of that size would have little, if any effect and would last for half a second.
Also, it'd be unlikely that anything man-made would have a large enough mass to do anything. Don't let the scaremongers sway you, we could learn a lot from this experiment :)
I am currently experimenting on something. I have taken an icepick and a hammer and I am going to try to split an atom. Oh sure, it's not as dramatic as opening a black hole or causing the big bang, but I expect to have explosive results. Yayy!!
