I think Cinema 4d is the best software coz it's too easy to learn, I suggest that you learn in parallel also Maya, or SXI of autodesk you will need both in a near future. For the tutorials you can look in google... have good luck.

Start With c4d coz easier than maya..and cinema 4d is a powerful flexible software.

Maya it's too advanced for a beginner.

Me, as a Cinema 4d admirer I like also to have few skills in Maya but it's too hard and need too many time to learn.

I have a car model simulated in Drive and I'm trying to figure out how to make the car turn sharply and or Drift at a turn without sliding too far? Any tips on how I should set my performance controls to achieve this? I want my car to perform like a rally car. Thanks in advance.

All you need is a plug-in ... you should put the Drive plug-in inside the C4D and set-up accordingly.
