If he was doing something wrong he should have taken the evidence to a superior officer and complained. He doesn't know what caused the police officer to have done that, lack of sleep, personal troubles, or anything else. Now in contrast if you see UAE's police station they are like highly developed coorporate offices. And exterior as good as some 5 star hotel. slaries as high as some real multinational manager. medical insurance, life cover, free education for kids, family benefits such as travel, welfare, medical etc etc ,,, and this is the reason you find a very crystal clear law enforcement in UAE and such countries if taken as example.

Moreover any guy can fall asleep in this office decorum where there is no rule no environment. once I went to a police station for a character certificate, the environment was so hostile and boring that even a man with 12 hours of sleep shall find it difficult to stay for more than an hour.

I have been working as a HR Manager for 5 years and 4 years in Administration. Right now as a HRM guy ,,, I give a huge space for people working with however most of my average thinker line managers including some stake holders argue with me keeping lot of HR issues for which they dont have any sense. HRM is an art and not all the guys having a typical MBA and few years experience can understand it. It should be in your blood, so likewise you would not get it right. u need help.

Well thats very rude by this reporter, his sleep has nothing to do with crimes, we all sleep like this just to relax sometime if there is nothing to do or if we haven't slept well a day before, one thing I m aware of that our police has usually long working hour and they can't even see their families for months coz of duty, if this reporter really want to do something good i think there are many other things that he can make a documentary about not wat he did in this video.
