Your sons age shouldn't matter in the fact that the song came out in the late 60's. Most normal people know about the moon landing in 69'. Tell him to use common sense and listen actually listen to the lyrics. Beside this few people of that generation listen to this type of music therefore he won't ever be made a fool by commenting on this song amongst his peers.
