you can use unidiozed salt they sell it at any grocer adm u can use guava nector ( raw) or organic it has less calories but is still super sweet........ and works well or u can buy the capsules at whole foods and fill them with the salt and take them u wont taste that salt

The cup of brew with two sugars that we all make in the morning....Instead of putting in the 2 sugars............ just pop in 2 salts. :))

She uses 2 teaspoons of sea salt per 4 cups of water...which = 1 quart of water so you could use 1 quart of water with 2 teaspoons sea salt, whichever is easier..

so do u put 2 tsp in each cup u drink or just in 1 cup and then drink the other 3 cups plain water?? plz reply with message or i wnt know if u said anything back thanx... :)
