WV has the best girls because a lot of them are low maintenance and appreciate the simple things in life. The problem is it's hard to find one that is single in WV. WV is sort of a sausage fest with a lot of dudes since it's pretty much a blue collar state, so there's a lot of guys after the few single gals. A lot of the women are small town girls that marry and start having children really young like in the early to mid 20's. I'm going to snag one yet though :).
