for f*** sake, i gotta say i've never seen a more hostile bunch of youtubers than on these clapton/johnson videos. take it easy guys, its music and it's supposed to be fun..!
Not meaning to be picky but he's covering Robert Johnson not The RHCP's :) Its a song from his DVD "Sessions for Robert J", incidentally an awesome DVD and well worth buying
In the clip at the very end, when he's describing himself as a 15 yr-old: a "moody, arrogant intellectual," "cast from different material from everyone else" (or something along those lines) -- that is exactly how I was as a fifteen year old girl! The words could not be more accurate, although I was clinically depressed at the time, and quite a loner.
there's nothign even cool about the way the chili peppers do this they sprint through it like idiots. and if it wasnt for robert johnson chances are thered be no rock so thered be no chili peppers
Well i have to agree with u on Robert Johnson performing this song better i just listen to RHCP or a little laugh but ya know i really don't care because Robert Johnson or the RHCP Eric Clapton is better than both
Okay j/w is a bot talking to me cause i can't think of any other way u could make any less sense, but ya no I'm not really caring so can u just drop this whole thing and act mature? Just a little curious
Heh, I said this on one of your other videos, but I just sat there in awe of the recording studio on this video. I've only ever used a tiny crappy room ... this place is awesome compared to mine.
Super duper! That's the fattest slide I've ever seen, excellent. Good to see that Clapton is human and makes mistakes, gives decrepit learning guitarists like me hope :D
could someoneee plzzzzz give the chords for this songgg plzzzz

Johnson's version is good but man with Clapton's smooth voice and a full band, the song is taken to another level.
