We Singaporean Chinese don't feel awful of looking like Chinese. It is a fact that the Chinese Nationals are misbehaving in Singapore, no one can deny that. I have been to China and will probably not going back anymore. While I agree that Chinese has held a successful Olympic Games but there are so many negative news poping out. The Singapore F1 has received 99.9% positive ratings, what about China's Olympics? Maybe 70%. We are hosting the YOG in 2011 and perhaps Olympics itself soon.

Your claim that "our 1st language is english" is a little dubious.I know three Singaporean students studying at Oxford and each of them speaks near perfect English but sometimes their grammar lets them down.Also,their accent is sometimes,just sometimes,difficult for me to understand.Admittedly,Sporean English is probably way superior to English spoken by non-native English speakers from most other countries,but I'd doubt that Sporeans can consider Englsih as their "1st language."

Tiny Singapore is rather a strange place to hold a Grand Prix.Watching Nelson Piquet crashing into the barrier makes me wonder how long it will be before something nastier happens.And watching Felipe Massa leave the pit with the fuel hose still attached to his car (ripping off the hose) was just a farce.

This isn't racing as it was intended by the founders of the Grand Prix.This is like super fast cars racing in a cage,and that surely has "danger" written all over it.
