I certainly see that you have natural talent with guitar as you have added percussive elements to your strumming and of course you have a nice voice.

Of course to gain speed in the chord changing department you want to practice sitting down to a television show and just practice chord changes until it becomes part of muscle memory, Chord changing is the most challenging part of playing guitar as I have found out.
