  • @rickvanwijngaarden I've forgotten what they're called but they're effectively punches but with a dumbbell in your hand. You can do them with a barbell too.

  • Hey arash I commented on ur most recent ab video but never got a reply! I was wondering if I should still do hanging leg lifts but bend legs til my lower abs get stronger or if I should do a diff ab workout til I can do straight legged hanging leg lifts?

  • I have a huge question. Ive looked everywhere for those parallel bar racks that you have in the background, and i cant find them anywhere? Where would you suggest to look to find one online?

  • I saw a commercial for something called p90x. It looked similar to the workouts you do and I was wondering what your take on it. Is is a good purchase or not that recommended. Please get back to me on that. I was thinking of buying it for a Christmas present.

    Save your money, buy some healthy food and take time to put together your own routine. Research, research research!!!!! I'll do another video on developing your own workout routine.  Everyone's goals are so different that I don't feel its appropriate to have one workout available different body types and goals.

  • @Timiuas17 Starting Strength or Stronglifts 5x5.  They are very similar and simple. Stronglifts is free online. Start today.

  • @Timiuas17 Arash is right. you can achieve the same results with healthy food and your own routine however if you truly wish to try it i would say go for it. I tried it (my family already has it) for about 2 weeks and although it didn't really challenge me (that time i was crazy fit... wish i still was, sigh) i did learn from it. If you have the money i say go for it especially if you travel alot cause this is something you can do in a hotel room.

  • @strengthproject I used that video alot for inspiration during a shitty time in Collage. I thought it was awesome so I downloaded it with the good ol' youtube downloading program. haha

    Thanks man. I use that video as inspiration for myself, whenever I get lost or frustrated. And I say that humbly. The training was raw back then... with no regards to technique and over training lol... I just trained to train, to escape reality and as a creative outlet.
