  • My first single (45 rpm, vinyl) ever was this number. I had it from my dad. A and B side : Spotnicks theme and Orange Blossom Special. Really great to learn that there are still people who love this music. The music is still as strong as ever. Thanks for posting this video!

  • The Spotnicks were bigger than Christ

  • Devo, Kraftwerk eat your hearts out!

  • funny those to bands popped up in my mind too

  • You know what they say, about like minds thinking alike...

  • Like Les Paul, Bo winberg first recorded the lead part to Orange Blossom at a slow tempo, which was then speeded up to this tempo. I think Gary Moore could play it at this tempo, though..LOL

  • fantastic guitar absolutely hard to play. i would like to say : gary moore 40 years ago

  • Great guitar indeed...but not hard to play, since the lead-guitar was played slow first and then sped up to this tempo!!

A great trick and it explains the frile and strange timbre of the guitar..listen closely and you'll hear it...respect!

  • I never knew that. I will listen to.I already thought I was a beginner because of playing OBS.Thank you for the message

  • I love the Spotnicks and would like to thank for this post.

We have also nice electric guitar player, his name is Nobuhiro Mine, who is still actively playing now. He is using the same loud speaker JBL D130, Bo Winberg also uses same one.

Please fined some nice videos by the keyword "Nobuhiro MIne", and you can enjoy a tune "Karelia", the Spotnicks played it about 40 years ago.

  • Un de mes groupes instrumentaux du début 60's préférés avec The Shadows. INDEMODABLES.

  • Straight, clean, butt whooping playing. Wish it was this way in 2008.

  • So good. Saw Spotnicks live in Gothenburg November 2007. Bosse Winberg and Bob Lander is still going strong. Thanks for posting this!
