Why would it have stalled? Having 200kt headwind is like flying 200kt in calm air, and at that speed you're far above VS in "clean" configuration. It's exactly like landing on an aircraft carrier with a very light aircraft, your landing velocity is the same as the aircraft carrier's one. Here, it would be landing a passenger aircraft on a 200kt fast airport.

Anyway, no aircraft would take off with 200kt wind.
