It has nothing to do with radios. Its just a prl, phone # and min. Thats all you need. And it can be done easily.

Web and MMS is whole another deal. Although web is already possible there is no permanent method. Its just temporary before the phone detects the changes.

You have to patch certain files before it will get anywhere.

When you get to the canada website which is in english click on phones and the Apple Iphone is right there in the first page. Virgin Mobile is a CDMA network not GSM. Iphones do not work on the MetroPCS CDMA Network.

There is some speculation that a CDMA phone for the Verizon network will be coming out later this year. ( 2010 )

It might work on MetroPCS.

Although usually Corporate entities make everything as exclusive as possible - and write software and such to keep phones from being used on other dis-allowed networks etc... so who knows ?

Someone will do it - most likely - even if requires a "hack".

OK, so the IPHONE operates on the GSM 850 / GSM 900 / GSM 1800 / GSM 1900 Bands.

Metro PCS operates on the 700 MHz (AWS) 1900 MHz (PCS) frequency bands,

it is NOT Possible to have a Phone, that is equipped with the GSM 1900 Band RF Chip, to operate on the PCS 1900 Band by Metro PCS.

only solution is that your a Hardware Genius and replace the RF chip with one compatible and wrote your own software to support it, which by the looks of your terrible video, that is hardly the case.
