This reminds me of Lake Chelan, at least my experience of the vacation town. I have a small house that is only used on the weekends their that my family shares. it's just a C chord played in different positions. It looks like he starts out on the 3rd fret and goes down two frets at a time. I'd just play around with it until it sounds right.
