@datrooth007 i know this.....but what i was eluding to...red signals are for trains not to stack up on each other...tthere wasn't another train between pelham 123 and any signal. the tracks should have been empty all the way to coney

@DartsRme312 no, that is not what red signals are for. you're not understanding. again, red signals do not exactly work the way street lights work. obviously, they mean stop. but, just because there were no trains does not mean the signal should be green. think about it, if there are no trains, that's more of a reason for the signals to be red. this is the subway. red signals means they don't have to focus so much on those particular tracks since the tracks aren't being used.
