  • So question i did that and when i save the AVI file it won't be recognized as a vid file. It's just a file..... help

  • @Vexenschozen1 I answered BL00XER50 who asked the same question.

  • Comment removed

  • I do all of it in Sony Vegas.

  • @timaeus22222 Oh okay. Thanks!

  • You use Winamp?

  • WinAmp > Windows Media Player in all aspects except burning discs. >.>

  • u could have left a link in the description...

  • I don't expect people watching to think about the description. Most of my audience doesn't read descriptions. People should read it, though. The link is shown in the video too.

  • when i saved and i go to where its saved its not a avi file its just a file

  • Make sure when you save, you put .avi at the end. Or you could just rename that file and add .avi to it.

  • Ah, thank you! I've been making a Pokemon Emerald playthrough, and the videos are 15 minutes long, so this should be a big help

  • Couldn't you specify exactly WHEN I get to use Frame Rate for Synching? >.>

  • for VBA recordings of course <_<

  • @timaeus22222

So I can use Frame Rate at the end of my video.

  • the end?

  • wow it looks extremely useful!

  • it is, I use it every time I make a GBA video since the DarkMega Omega voice acted battle remake. :)

  • Apparently, I have a different VirtualDub than you. o.o

  • i meant OIL OCEAN

  • sandopolis

  • Sorry, Tim. Beat you to it. :P

  • lol. but I can also post it :D

  • @Jizg no. i know what they do . they record their VBA while it is in a full screen mod or it is fitted on their computer,s monitor or they use cheap compressors while they are rec.ing but that doesn,t mean all compressors are bad i use techsmith compressor but in a faster compresstion mod so it make me 10 mins video = 1 GB and with the same uncompressed video qualty

  • ty!! =D

  • Or you could just use VBA rerecording and not get this problem in the first place.

  • ... VBA AVI recording is the only way to record properly with the VBA. VMV and VMO are not real video formats...

  • @timaeus22222

Im reffering to a version of VBA called VBArerecording lol :/

The difference is that it doesn't have the desynch problem the normal VBA has.

  • Oh, that VBA. Well, the problem with that is some people say that it lags a LOT when recording, and it just seems cheap to me.

  • @timaeus22222

I never had that problem myself. Maybe their computers are just slow or something.

  • @timaeus22222 Of course they aren't. They are Movie files that can be played only with VBA. And it's not VMO it's VM0, VM1, etc...

  • You know, O's can look like 0's sometimes >.>

  • Rerecording also takes way too long.

  • and a waste anyways, when you could just record once and then sync it. It takes less than 3 minutes for 10 minute videos.

  • O.o Thanks. :D

  • Thanks!

  • Virtual Dub 1.9.8 is much simpler O_O

  • lol. I chose an old version by total accident xD

  • @timaeus22222 Now waiting for your tutorial for reducing video upload time. I use Prism for that lol.

  • lol. I thought this was the version I had in my old comp, but it was way older xD

  • @Sephiroth991995 Do you have the link to the New Virtual Dub ? I kinda need it.... send it to me on a message if you want....

  • @XPhoenixJonanX Google it. Don't ask me about such ridiculous and obvious things please.

  • How did you get that nice internet explorer?

  • Mozilla Firefox persona?

  • F-f-fail.

  • I have NO clue who that's directed to. YouTube's new design sucks >.>

  • To the guy that said he looks your IE design.

  • lol. xD

  • Fail - *likes

    I'm bored. -.-
