Can you use indigo with henna? ( As in, used to color in between henna lines?)

Yes, you can apply henna and after the henna stain has set, add additional patterning in indigo or turmeric and add gems or glitter as well.

how long do temporary indigo tattoos last? I know that henna lasts 1-2 weeks, does this last longer?

In most cases, the stain lasts about a week. We've seen stains fade in as few as three days and last over a week and a half.
