My nephew is growing up with a Labradoodle and the two are absolutely best friends. From the time he could throw my nephew was playng fetch with the dog. The Labradoodle is a great breed for kids - she always is always careful around my nephew when they play, giving him plenty of room, and doesn't knock him over.
It's a shame the same can't be said for Boxers. They love kids, but have no "body sense" and so just knock kids to the ground without realising what they are doing.
To: allpossibleworlds... I think you're right. It looked like an instinctive move or reaction to his brother's fall and he wanted to be there for him to prevent another fall. Good eye.
The mother is confusing the poor dog. She wants her Izzy to play with the babies or not?. The dog is not hurting the babies, the babies are having fun and the mother is nervous calling the dog.

This is so funny both the boys and Issey are so cute. Its almost like evey time you tell Issey to back off the boys are saying "no mammy please don't spoil our fun".
