When I listen to both versions, they're so similar that I almost can't tell the difference. I love Miranda Cosgrove's version, but I think that if she was going to make it her song, she should've played with it a little more to make it sound original. Besides, this is more of an adult oriented song. It's not something that a 15 year old should be singing.

Both versions are pretty good, IMHO. Miranda decided to go for a more teen-ish approach, like Avril's Girlfriend, or something like that. Sugababes are doing it in RnB style, something to be expected from them. As to the vid, I just don't understand why they're posing all the time, as if they actually believe that walls and staircases are a sexy place to be. All those smiles and "look-at-me-oh-so-hot" ruin the otherwise very good video.
