u can.the Wii has an added feature called "Mii Freestyle" for the n00bz who dont have enough knowledge of music theory for the music studio,they can use thier Miis to do random shit.

The wii version has all the features of the PS3 and 360 version, like downloadable content e.t.c, custom songs, everything aswell as a wii-only extra mode called Mii Freestyle, so thats the one to get ^_^ And dont be immature man, graphics dont make a game!

That's a reason to shoot for the 360/PS3 version.

The other reason is if you have an HDTV the 360 and PS3 versions look much nicer than the wii version.

But friend codes are just for playing against/with people you know, i think you can also play against/with random people on the wii version aswell, (correct me if im wrong). And voice chatting in this game doesnt sound pretty cool, lol. 'Cus ur gonna have to sing aswell and stuff, while trying to talk with your mates. Again, understand what you're saying about the friend codes, they are a pain in the ass but still

I was talking about talking to friends. You can do it easily if your not singing. Plus voicechat during the song would be used but wouldn't be that important. After the song, however, you should be able to talk.

I know what your saying about voicechat but I meant just chatting before/during/after a song, not just during.
