You have to follow the wording of Fukino's release "have personally seen and verified that . . . on record in accordance with state policies and procedures." Hawaii digitized records in 2000. Well one can certainly "personally see and verify" a "record" on a computer. It doesn't need to be a paper copy.

Many times I have been to a library and seen and verified that a book is listed in the card catalog, but, it is not on the shelf. Prior to that time, he may have used a British, Kenyan or Indonesian passport, as he has held citizenship in all these countries.

Yes, when Constitution was adopted in 1787, we became a new nation. The natural born citizens were only babies, and the President must be 35 years old, so the founders themselves, being only citizens, were allowed to become President, until the natural born citizens were old enough to run for office. As I said before the first natural born citizen to be elected was Martin Van Buren, and every elected President since then, has been a natural born citizen, except Obama.

This is the only law that ever used the term "natural born citizen" and it clearly states, "children of citizens", NOT "children of a citizen".

Yes, also, another possiblity is that Obama may have been issued a new Birth Certificate in 1966, if he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro in Hawaii. It is standard practice to issue a new Birth Certificate, listing the adoptive parent/parents as the birth parents, and I have also read that sometimes, the location of the adoption is listed as the location of birth. That may explain, how Obama could now have the vital records indicate Hawaii, as his birth place.

I'm certain there are. Hawaii's dept. of homelands has special programs for native Hawaiians, and until the week following June 10th, they only accepted the long form birth certificates. It was only after WND ran an article pointing out, that even Hawaii would not accept a short form like Obama's, they changed the rules. Now Hawaii claims all they can provide is the short form. They changed the rules only 5 weeks ago-not 8 years as CNN claims.

Yes, it appears that this story was pushed on him by Jon Klein, the President of CNN, who had asked his researchers to investigate. They stopped looking when they found a story that appeared in the Honolulu Star in June, in which Janice Okibo stated that the Health Dept. now uses electronic reporting, and only prints Certifications. They jumped to the conclusion that Hawaii destroyed the documents, but the article never stated that.

Yesterday, Fukino stated that she had "seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai'i State Department of Health verifying Barrack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai'i and is a natural-born American citizen." Notice she only stated "vital records" as her source, and she mis-spelled Barack. Last fall Hawaii argued it was illegal to tell you what those records stated, and now they make this statement?

It only costs $15, it can be ordered over the phone, and it is certainly cheaper than hiring a legal team, so that brings us to the embarrassment. If he has told us the truth about who he is, who his parents were, and where he was born, why would producing his original Birth Certificate, prove to be an embarrassment?

There are times when people didn't have birth certificates because they lived on farms, and did not take time to register the birth. My dad was one like this. When he joined the Army, they accepted his baptismal record.

That is correct. Obama's Certification of Live Birth which he posted on his website has no State Seal or Registrar's signature. The photos put out by Factcheck show a Seal, and it is stamped "I certify this is a true copy or abstract of the record on file at the

Hawaii State Department of Health-Alvin T. Onaka Ph.D.-State Registrar". If Hawaii has no Birth Certificate on file, then this is a fraudulent statement. If they have no original, they can't issue a certifided copy.

They are stored in a central location in the US ? I thought the hospital had them on file ? That's why you need to know your birth date and short form to access it ?

Each State has it's own office of vital records where these are stored. In addition, many local town also maintain copies of all vital records. If you want a copy of your Birth Certificate, you write to the State in which you were born, not the US Dept. of Commerce.
