This policeman contacted some of Michael's friends and told them they would be arrested if they spoke to him again.Also, she failed to mention that at the end of every visit Sierra screams and cries to remain with her father. All visits with Sierra are SUPERVISED and he would never be allowed to threaten her. At the instigation of DSS Michael was charged with breaking and entering for bringing me through a handicapped entrance in a public building in my wheelchair. The other felonies are also similarly contrived.

Two of the DSS staff on Sierra's case were sued this week for their part in the death of Aubrey Littlejohn last year. Michael does not create websites. I do. He is still in training to learn how. She said that Sierra is not with child molesters, which is currently true thanks to the thousands of responses to this video. But she fails to acknowledge that Sierra WAS placed with a child molester for ten months and WAS sexually abused according to expert testimony in the case. She also claims that Sierra is happy in her current placement. This is not true.

Unfortunately it seems like most government appointed jobs are held by complete idiots. We live in a very corrupt system. I'm honestly waiting for a severe uprising from the American people, will I get it I don't know. I mean surely people's eyes are opened now as to the corruption of our very own government, so I just wonder how much MORE we, the American citizens of the United States have to endure before we act as one and try to take down and rebuild the system the way it was meant to be.

For those that post on here saying there are two sides and why would anyone remove a child from a safe home. It happens my mother is going through the same thing only difference is DSS is for her, my baby sister was placed in his home after he fully admitetd to abusing her. The court system through out the ER Dr notes and DSS saying this man severly abused his daughter, she even stated at 5 daddy choked me until I went to sleep.

everyone does need to remember there are two sides, or in this case over 20 sides to this story....we are only seeing one through this video. its interesting that you say they took her illegally however there are many more stories of severe abuse when dss did not get involved and the child either died or was injured. remember before hating, or passing judgement or filing unneccesary lawsuits, there are always two sides....

@franticblu , Yes, there are always two sides. But when a child is placed with a child molester by these corrupt, arrogant, and stupid people there is only one side that counts. My granddaughter is now in treatment for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after 13 months with these people. Since DSS would not respond to reason and appeals for her safety our only recourse was to file what you call an "unnecessary" lawsuit. Do you work for DSS?

@keffordmom, I think if you read the page that I suggest you visit and then read the complaint and listen to the audio tapes you will find that you have been given the full picture. What I have posted is what actually happened. There is some good news, however, the judge has just ordered every DSS employee on the case to be replaced by new personnel. Plus, next Monday, 9/12 Michael will be able to tell the judge that the entire case should be vacated because Sierra was taken illegally.

@ThisAintTheHookUp, The short answer is, "Because they can". The long: Sierra's great-grandfather has been trying since she was born to get custody of her. The final custody order was signed on 7/20/10. He did not like it. The order required that visits with Sierra had to be supervised (because of drug addicts, alcoholics, and a child molester living in his house.)  He has had a decades long friendship with the head of Social Work at DSS. DSS took Sierra illegally.

@ThisAintTheHookUp, The great-grandfather abducted Sierra on 7/28/10. Michael got a court-order and got her back on 7/30/10. On 7/28/10 Michael's employer made a false report to DSS because he had reported them for Medicaid fraud. DSS investigated the report and dismissed it. On 8/4/10 they certified Sierra to be well cared for, and safe in our home. On 8/5/10 two relatives of the great-grandfather, police officers, arrested Michael for drunk driving. He did not do it. It all went from there.

@ThisAintTheHookUp, DSS, by law, cannot take a child from their parent until there has been a hearing before a judge with the parent present. DSS bypassed this requirement and took her illegally. Michael did not know the law (at that time), so he didn't realize that his rights had been violated. I finally researched the law and discovered what should have happened. The lawsuit we filed is to punish DSS for placing Sierra with a child molester, for perjury by almost everyone, etc. Read it. :-)
